How to Obtain the SMTP Credentials for iCommerce and Register with Mailjet

To obtain the SMTP credentials for iCommerce, please follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to your iCommerce account.

  2. Click on the "Settings" option from the left-hand side menu.

  3. Click on the "Email" option.

  4. Scroll down to the "SMTP Settings" section.

  5. Copy the "SMTP Host", "SMTP Username", and "SMTP Password" and save them in a secure location.

SMTP credentials are used to send email messages from your iCommerce account through your preferred email service provider. By using SMTP credentials, you can ensure that your email messages are delivered to your customers' inboxes and not marked as spam.

The available SMTP providers for iCommerce include:

  • Mailgun

  • SendGrid

  • Amazon SES

  • Mandrill

  • Mailjet

We recommend using Mailjet as your SMTP provider for iCommerce because it is easy to use, reliable, and offers advanced features for email marketing and automation.

To register with Mailjet, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner of the homepage.

  2. Fill in the registration form with your business details and click on the "Submit" button.

  3. Once your account is created, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account.

  4. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.

  5. Log in to your Mailjet account.

  6. Click on the "SMTP & API" option from the left-hand side menu.

  7. Click on the "New SMTP Credentials" button.

  8. Enter a name for your SMTP credentials and click on the "Create SMTP Credentials" button.

  9. Copy the "SMTP Server", "SMTP Username", and "SMTP Password" and save them in a secure location.

  10. Log in to your iCommerce account.

  11. Click on the "Settings" option from the left-hand side menu.

  12. Click on the "Email" option.

  13. Scroll down to the "SMTP Settings" section.

  14. Enter the "SMTP Host", "SMTP Username", and "SMTP Password" that you copied from your Mailjet account.

  15. Click on the "Save" button.

Your iCommerce account is now integrated with Mailjet, and you can start sending email messages to your customers.
